Shipping Policy

Standard delivery in the UK with Royal Mail 1st Class post is £3.99. 
You will receive an email with a confirmation when your gift has been despatched. 
Delivery time after dispatch according to the Royal Mail website is currently 2-3 working days. These times should be used as a guide only. 
In the unlikely event that your items go missing in the post within 7-10 days of despatch, please get in touch for a refund or a replacement.
Sam's Sparkly gifts will be tracking all gift boxes sent to ensure safe delivery. If you would like an update on how your gift box is getting on, please feel free to drop us an email at
Our mission to make giving seamless and convenient as possible, you will be offered the opportunity to have your gift box sent directly to your recipient. All you will need to do is provide their name and address as the 'Shipping Address' at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

If you change your mind for any reason, simply call or email us, and if your order has not been despatched we will cancel the order and issue a refund. 
We are happy to offer a refund (excluding P&P cost, unless the item is faulty) if the item is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of the date of delivery. 
We can't accept returns on food items for hygiene reasons.
To arrange a refund please email with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why.
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made via the original payment method.
**Please note that we cannot provide a refund if a customer provides an inaccurate delivery address which results in the order being lost.**
